Simon Calver

Simon is an experienced executive coach, entrepreneur, and business leader with a strong track record in transformation, innovation, and leadership. He works with senior executives and board members to navigate leadership challenges, build high-performing teams, and drive business growth.

Simon has held CEO roles at major consumer businesses including Mothercare Plc, where he led the turnaround of the public company, and LOVEFiLM, which he scaled and successfully sold to Amazon. His leadership has been recognised with awards including E&Y Entrepreneur of the Year (London) and CBI Growth Company of the Year.

Alongside his executive career, Simon has extensive boardroom experience, having chaired businesses including Fenwick, Gousto, and Firefly. He currently chairs Vinterior and Marks & Spencer Bank and serves as a Non-Executive Director at HSBC UK. His experience in governance, corporate change, and investment makes him a trusted advisor in complex business environments.

Simon trained with Meyler Campbell Mastered and is accredited by the European Council of Coaches & Mentors. Combining real-world leadership experience with a practical coaching approach, he helps executives strengthen strategic thinking, decision-making, and resilience in fast-changing business environments.
